    As the name shows that Triphala is a well - balanced mixure of 3 very helpful natural, organic and herbal fruits Haritaki (terminalia chebula) - Chebulic Myrobalan, Bibhitaki (terminalia bellirica) - Belliric Myrobalan and Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) - Indian Gooseberry with different health advantages. 

    Here Triphala is a Sanskrit expression, which is coupled with two words. 

    First Tri means Three and second - Phala stands for fruits and churna

    Take the three ingredients of Triphala in dried out form in the ratio of 1:2:4 (Haritaki 100 grams, Bibhitaki 200 grams and, Amalaki 400 grams)
    Grind them to produce and deliver a fine normal powder and blend every one of  the powders properly.

    Take 1 tsp of Triphala powder with lukewarm normal water before bed time. Avoid eating / intaking anything for at least 1/2  hour after consuming Triphala Powder.

    Best For Children - Give your babies a small quantity of triphala powder with normal drinking water, or honey.

    Pregnant women.

    Dehydration due to increased loose stools in some instances.

    Diarrhea (Loose motions).
