    What is Vomiting?

    How to get rid of vomiting?

    Drinking of lemonade has a great value to correct or redress dehydration caused by frequent vomiting.

    Constantly hold and keep a healthy diet.

    Make an effective distance from oily, spicy and deep fried foods, in case you are experiencing nausea or vomiting.

    Avoid too much of oily, spicy food, heavy and indigestible food, when you are encountering with vomiting.

    ORS - Sugar and salt water is considered necessary on account of dehydration. An electorolyte solution should be taken to correct dehydration and hold the stability and keep up the balance of electrolytes. Apart from this, you can arrange a home made electrolyte solution with sugar 50 gms., common salt 20 gms. and 250 - 300 ml. of normal but boiled water.

    Usage of equal amount of ginger and onion extract might be valuable on account of nausea and frequent vomiting.

    Take 5 gms. of mint leaves and 2 gms. of rock salt and grind them. Now mix it in normal water and drink to check vomiting. 

    Make a paste of carom seeds, cloves and sugar-candy in the wake of grinding them, and lick it to treat vomiting.

    To check nausea, use activated charcoal because it absorbs intestinal toxic substances.

    A paste application of black mustard seeds on the belly may help stop vomiting.

    Use Bael - Aegle marmelos, if vomiting is concerned to dysentery.

    Frequent chewing of holy basil leaves, fennel seeds or aniseeds may brings a wonderful result in the case of vomiting.

    Squeezed orange juice replenishes lost minerals, and vitamins of the body.

    One of the effective ways and compelling approaches to cure vomiting would be to have ginger tea, mint juice, and honey.

    Keep away from caffeinated drinks like coffee, tea etc. and carbonated beverages as well.

    Drink sufficient amount of grape juice and sugar cane juice.

    Consume papaya fruit or its juice in the case of nausea.

    Try not to eat solid foods during vomiting.

    Vegetable juices should be admitted in adequate amount.

    Catnip and peach bark tea should be consumed to take care of vomiting.

    A pinch of nutmeg powder with cumin seeds powder, is an useful home remedy to deal with vomiting.

    In motion sickness, small slices of raw ginger should be sucked or chewed during travelling.

    Aloe vera juice is a great home remedy for stomach pain that often accompanies nausea. It is an effective solution in children cases of nausea.

    Drink apple cider vinegar at bed time for better outcome.

    Cook rice, strain its water and drink. It's going to help stop vomiting.

    Use the combination of cardamom, cinnamon, and honey to deal with vomiting and nausea as well.

    In nausea due to liver disorders,  dandelion tea should be used.

    Golden seal is one such powerful cure, which can be taken in the condition of nausea and vomiting.

    The most effective method to stop vomiting, ice chips should be administered or encourage to drink water in children cases of vomiting.

    Visit a paediatric clinic for intravenous fluid in severe dehydrated condition.

    On the off chance that the vomiting is associated with nausea, chamomile tea is also an advantageous solution that can offer relief in children cases.

    Ginger extract mixed with apple juice likewise enables and soothes a child suffering from nausea, vomiting, stomach ache etc.
